Hi Brendan - can you please confirm the departure hotel for Turkey Land & Sea departing 21 Apr 07? It says Orsep on our vouchers, but the latest info on the website says Sunlight Hotel. Also how do I go about confirming Imtrav has received airport pickup details for our
Egypt and Turkey tours?

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for your questions.

The hotel labelled on your travel (main tour) voucher will be the departure hotel that you will be staying in. Should this change in the meantime your agent will inform you but it's unlikely to change now.

You can double check with your booking agent that they have your flight arrival details and have sent them to us. You should also receive a travel voucher confirming that you have airport transfers arranged for you in both cities.

Thanks - yes we have the vouchers and they say we are being picked up - just wasn't sure whether the vouchers were generated by you guys or the agent. Puts my mind at ease - definitely don't want to negotiate a taxi ride in Cairo after 36 hrs in long haul! : ) Two weeks to go!!!
