I am thinking of booking one of the tours to either Cambodia (ITKSM) or Vietnam (PAHV).

I sprained my ankle in the spring and I would like to know how much walking (and similar) I can expect on these trips?

Hello Casper

With any of our trips there will be a certain amount of walking but unless you are booking an actual trek, the walking will not be too strenuous.

We get many different age groups on our trips and on any walk, the crew will only go as fast as the slowest person so to ensure nobody is left behind.

Our adventure holidays will require most passengers to be fairly mobile, there will be lots of getting on and off different modes of transport but most passengers old and young do not have problems with this.

If there is a particular long period of walking that you do not feel up to, you can always opt out of this.

The most important thing you can do before booking any trip is to thoroughly read your trip notes and see the detailed day to day itinerary, then you can be confident of what's required on each trip.

Thanks
