Hi
I am going on the Rajasthan at a Glance tour on 19th June 2010, this is my first trip with imaginative traveller and I am really excited!
Has anyone done this tour or a similar one before? Any advice on what to expect, and any packing tips would be much appreciated! Do I need to take a sleeping bag? I am in India already so just trying to figure out what I need to stock up on before going!

Hi! Have great fun on your trip! I was on Buddha to Bollywood Fall 2009, and a sleeping bag was not required. I, however, did pack a compact silk sleep sack for the train rides. Make sure to take plenty of sunscreen and a hat. It will be hot!
Oh, and be wary of the demos. I loved going to the factories and learning how the silk was made and the differing qualities, but the people there do want to sell you something in the end. So just be prepared. I liked having tea and learning something new but then moving on after the demonstration.
Also, budget at least $20 per day for food and entertainment.

Hello all the best to the journey to the royal state of India and i am 100% confident that you gonna enjoy these trip at the most you had ever did in your life these state has all the flavour of spirituality and the Royalness luxury is at it best in maximum hotels.And very friendly environment and people out there.The only issue is that it is going to be summer June month so please take some cotton shirts and sunglass and yes Vitamin C is your must pick to kill the dehydration during journey
