I had a fantastic time on two trips with Imaginative Traveller - Nepal Panorama and Buddha to Bollywood. Both tour leaders were brilliant - thanks so much Raj and Manu :-) you made your countries come alive and answered soooo many questions. Particular highlights for me were the trekking (wow, amazing, awesome), the wildlife safaris at Chitwan, the Taj Mahal, the Heritage Hotels, the visit to villagers at Chandelao, the camel safari into the Thar desert to sleep under the stars, the amazing meal at the hotel on the lake at Udaipur and not forgetting the intellectually challenging and thought provoking Bollywood movie - 1,2,3!!
I wrote a travel blog while I was away and have added more photos since I got back so enjoy. Hope it inspires you to head off on a trip of your own.
It has certainly left me wanting to travel more and a return visit to Nepal is a definite!
