This Egyptian adventure begins in Cairo, taking in the great pyramids and Sphinx before taking the overnight train to Luxor and your hotel with a rooftop pool. Have browsed the bazaar and explored the East Bank sights, you’ll cross the Nile, visit the Valley of the Kings and board a traditional felucca and sail around Aswan’s islands. Back on dry land you’ll swap the felucca for a camel and ride to the Monastery of St Simeon before continuing up river to a Nubian village to try out the local specialties for dinner.
