A compulsory single supplement is payable for single travellers or those in odd numbered groups of USD 145

- - 3 night Nile River cruise aboard Gecko's comfortable riverboat
- - Traditional felucca sailboat cruise in Aswan
- - Horse-drawn carriage ride to Karnak
- - Donkey ride to explore the Valley of the Kings
- - 2 nights on an overnight train sleeping in an air-conditioned carriage with comfortable seats (similar to business class seats on a plane) that recline back about 45 degrees
